5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Arct1cStore, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving your product.

Any fraudulent chargeback will result in:

  • Permanent ban from the store
  • Blacklisting
  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued via the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
  • In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund
